The Aurora Public Art Commission and Rotten Apple Studios present:

“Women,” works by 16 artists. At the David L. Pierce Art and History Center at 20 E. Downer Pl.

Co curated by the Aurora Public Art Commission Rotten Apple Studios, Women features works by Carmen Class, Barbara Colbert, Maureen Gasek, Solange Marie Henson, Kau, Laura Lein-Svencner, Maria Malayter, Dianne Martia, Patti Parish, Jennifer Rauch, Mary Rodriguez Elizabeth (Betty) Palella, Tiana Solomon, Marita Valdizan, Janet Wickham and Jeannine Worthington.

Women features works in a wide range of media, including oil, acrylics, watercolor, jewelry, and photography. The exhibit opened in February and will be on display until April 11, 2014. The David L. Pierce Art and History Center is open noon to 4 p.m. Wednesday through Friday. Admission is free, but donations are accepted.
