First Friday: Italy and some screams
First Fridays in downtown Aurora are already growing just one month after their debut this September.
October’s First Friday in downtown Aurora brings a taste of Italy and some screams as two additional venues jump on board with First Fridays in downtown Aurora.
The Aurora Historical Society is holding the opening reception for Flavors of Aurora: Stirred, Not Shaken – ITALY at the David L. Pierce Art & History Center (The DLP)! The night along with the exhibit is a tribute to Aurora’s Italian community. There will be traditional Italian food, drink, and plenty of music. Free, cash bar.
Also, the Riverfront Playhouse is opening the bloody and popular “Night of the Living Dead: The Musical.” It’s a not-to-miss show that will get you ready for the spooky Halloween season.
